Anyway, for this challenge we were supposed to use negative space. I happen to LOVE using negative space, so this is what I came up with. It's so easy though, I can probably explain it in two sentences, so I'll draw it out a little (I did take three pictures so you get the idea which I probably couldn't have explained very well.
Okay, I took the "love" stamp from the "Snowman Love" set and stamped it in warm red chalk ink, in continuous lines across the card. I had a little bit of space left at the bottom, but not enough for another row so I took my border punch and made a border at the bottom. I put a strip of red Bazzill cardstock on the inside of the card to show under the border.
I added red gems from Paper Co. to the inside of the punched heart so I would get a heart shape that would fit right inside the negative space of the heart.
These two pictures show the negative space of the heart and the gems as they look on the inside of the card. Finally I added the sheer ribbon on the top. That's it, but it was fun!!!
