Banana Split Sunday on Monday :)

Good Morning!! Today I'm going to show you what I made for the Banana Split Sunday Challenge.

I have a really good reason for not posting it until today though. Saturday, our oldest daughter, Erin, got married!!! So, we were in Louisiana all weekend for the wedding. It was perfect and Erin was BEAUTIFUL! So Congratulations ERIN & JEFF and have a wonderful and relaxing time on the beach!!!

This layout is what I made for the Banana Split Sunday Challenge, which was to use some kind of gems. You can participate and be entered into the drawing to win one of the newly released bottles of Metallic dew drops! They are what I used on my layout. Erin is the one at the top of the picture :)

Supplies:
Paper: October Afternoon- Daydream Collection - Freshly Mown Lawn
Ink: Chalk Ink - Chestnut Roan
Other: Metallic Dew Drops, May Arts ribbon - blue twinkle, champagne satin, 7Gypsies tag, Blumenthal Lansing button.

Our quote for the day: "And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love." - 1 Corinthians 13:13

Thanks so much for stopping by and have a great day!

I would imagine that you had a fabulous time, but that it is good to be home! Did you eat lots of seafood and boudin while you were there?! I love your layout...what a clever, fabulous thing to do with those gems!

What a beautiful LO, Jeanette! Looking at those beaming faces with sparkling smiles, I'd consider each of them to be your 'gems.' ;) And congrats on becoming a MIL (I think -lol)!
