Banana Split Sunday

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!

Dad's and sweet things, you see the connection right? ;) I do appreciate my Dad and my husband so I hope they both have a fabulous day today!

It's Banana Split Sunday today on the 2RedBananas blog. The challenge today is an inspiration challenge. How does summer inspire you?

Here is my take on this inspiration. When our kids were little they would eat popsicles ALOT! They were always so cute doing it too. I have lots of pictures of them and now with this fun popsicle stamp I will be scrapbooking them :) This stamp has lines on the inside so you can use it as a journaling block too. I just didn't ink the lines because I didn't want to journal on this. The Doodlebug Sugar Coated paper makes the popsicles look wet - it's fun stuff :)

Supplies:
Stamps: June Journaling Spot - 2RedBananas
Ink: Versafine Onyx black
Paper: Doodlebug Sugar Coated, the Paper Studio and Bazzill
Other: Quickutz cork, dew drops - sunflower

Great card, Jeanette! The popsicles look yummy - I think we are going to NEED popsicles to cool off for the next few days!!

ADORABLE!! And it's making me want a popsicle (but we don't have any at the moment --bummer). Love how the popsicles glisten --so colorful and fun! Cool, too, that the image comes with journaling lines! tfs
