For my card, I used glue dots for my tacky tape and then covered them with art glitter - blue water. It will be available for sale at 2RedBananas later today. The stamp is a House Mouse stamp called Relaxing Bubbles and I just knew that I wanted my glittered background to be bubbles, that's why I chose to use glue dots. I colored the image with prismacolor pencils and mineral spirits and then went over the bath bubbles with December Sky Blingz. I kept the card simple so the glittered background would be a focal point. I tied the knot and pop-dotted the image.
